By using Daftar you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service

Daftar is an app to manage orders, customers and products for business owners and resellers, with import, search and subscription tools.

2. Account

• Provide accurate sign-up information; you are responsible for your account's confidentiality and all activity under it.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. Subscriptions & Keys

• Full features are available via a yearly subscription managed by the device store, or via an activation key.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in the store's subscription settings.
• Purchases are subject to the app store's (Google Play / App Store) terms and refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, hack, or use the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of any third party's terms.

5. Content & Data

Data you enter (customers, orders, products) is yours, stored linked to your account. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawful use.

6. Product Import

The import feature fetches public product data from links you provide. The app is independent and not affiliated with any store or brand, and this feature may change or stop based on external sites' service availability.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime in-app. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
