This document explains how Daftar handles your data.

Data We Collect

• Account data: name and email at sign-up (via Firebase Authentication).
• Business data you enter: customers, orders, products, prices — stored and linked to your account only; no other user can access it.
• Diagnostics: crash and usage reports (Crashlytics & Analytics) to improve the app.
• Purchase info: subscription status via Google Play / App Store — we never see your card details.

Camera

The camera is used only to scan product barcodes locally on your device. No camera images are stored or sent to any server.

How We Use Data

To operate the app: authentication, storing/syncing your data, managing the subscription, and improving performance.

Data Sharing

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check, Cloud Functions) as infrastructure.
• App stores for subscription management.
• External shopping sites: when importing a cart, the app contacts the server of the site your pasted link points to, to fetch public product data only. We do not share your personal data with any external party.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

Retention & Deletion

Your data remains while your account is active. You can delete your account in-app (Profile → Delete account) to permanently remove your data.

Security

Data is protected by Firebase Security Rules with strict per-UID isolation, transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.

Children

The app is a business tool and not directed to children under 13.
